Working as a lawyer/mediator/investigator for the last 25 years, primarily in the area of workplace conflict management, Blaie Donais has extensive experience with both unionized and non-unionized workplaces. With this website, Blaine wanted a design that was simple and clean. I chose a baby blue and silver colour scheme, which is business-like and professional.
